  • Massage Therapy Appointment prices as listed + HST.

  • Naturopathic Services are certified for Insurance Billing in Nova Scotia.

  • Naturopathic Services are HST EXEMPT (no HST charged).

  • MATRIX REPATTERNING & CONCUSSION NEW PATIENTS: Please book an Initial Treatment and a minimum of 2 Subsequent Visits at 1 week intervals following your initial. This guarantees your space in our busy schedules. You and your practitioner may decide to move/cancel these based on your treatment plan and the results of your initial assessment.

  • WAITLIST If you would like to get in sooner, please call or add yourself to the waitlist as we regularly have reschedules.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 24 hours of advanced notice is required. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% appointment fee. No Shows are subject to a 100% fee. Repeated late cancellations or no shows are subject to the full appointment fee. As an alternative option for Naturopath patients, we can change your in-person appointment to a virtual.

Yes, we can do Direct Billing for most insurance companies! If you would like that service please bring your information to your first appointment. We send electronic receipts (or can print receipts) for you to submit your own claims to your insurance company.

Mullen Bona RMT

Mullen is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. With a passion for helping others, she now has the opportunity to expand and grow with massage therapy. Her healing hands are skilled in deep tissue massage, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy and relaxation techniques. She is looking forward to meeting new faces and helping the community around her as she has recently returned back to the Annapolis Valley where she grew up. Mullen is empathetic and eager to be social and gain new connections with clients. Dr. Joline Boudreau

Dr. Boudreau, ND, RN, BScN is Medically trained & Naturally focused with diverse experience as first a Registered Nurse in Nova Scotia and now as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. In addition, Dr. Boudreau, ND, holds licensing with IV Therapy, Acupuncture, Manipulation and Naturopathic Injection Therapies. Dr. Joline, ND focused in Sports Medicine and Pain Management at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic while completing her Degree of Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto.

Dr. Joline, ND creates an individualized treatment plan after an extensive intake which includes, but is not limited to, your health history, your surgical history, a review of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, a review of your bloodwork results and specific physical examinations. Kate Powell
(She/Her/Hers/they) RMT

Kate Powell is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from The Canadian Collage of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours. Throughout her educational experience, she invested her time in clinics such as neurology, nervous system regulation support, tension headaches and chronic pain management. In addition to her massage therapy diploma, Kate has also completed a 200hr yoga and meditation teacher training, 50hr yin yoga training and her level one reiki training. Kate’s treatment approach aims to be trauma informed and relaxing while achieving deep releases. Kate utilizes her deep knowledge of anatomy when providing clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients throughout their therapeutic experience, from in-clinic treatment to home care guidance. Nichola Slade
(She/Her/Hers) BA, RMT

Since graduating from WCCMT Victoria in 2018, RMT Nichola has cultivated an inclusive, compassionate, and collaborative practice with a special focus on offering care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. While living and practicing on Vancouver Island she returned to WCCMT from 2021-2025 as a clinic supervisor and TA, supporting hundreds of future RMTs along their path to this wonderful career. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University (2014). She is thrilled to return to her roots here in NS and be of service to the Wolfville community. In her practice, Nichola loves to offer hot stones, lymphatic drainage, and cranial sacral therapy.
