24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 24 hours of advanced notice is required. Late cancellations & No Shows are subject to a fee up to 100% of the treatment cost.

SNOW/WEATHER & SICKNESS CANCELLATION POLICY: If road conditions are dangerous, or if you are unwell, please reschedule or cancel without penalty at hightideclinic@gmail.com or 902 300-5842. Please give as much advance notice as possible.

Direct Billing for most primary insurance companies! Please provide your insurance information prior to your first appointment.

Please note: If you have Blue Cross coverage and are booking with RMT Amy Lake payment will be required at the time of your appointment. Blue Cross is currently processing Amy’s provider registration and is expected to activate her account by approximately mid-September.

Once her provider account is active, Blue Cross has confirmed that you can submit your receipt for reimbursement for appointments that took place during this period. We will notify all affected patients as soon as her provider status has been activated.

All other insurance providers are currently active for direct billing or self-submission for appointments with Amy.

Mullen is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. With a passion for helping others, she now has the opportunity to expand and grow with massage therapy. Her healing hands are skilled in deep tissue massage, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy and relaxation techniques. She is looking forward to meeting new faces and helping the community around her as she has recently returned back to the Annapolis Valley where she grew up. Mullen is empathetic and eager to be social and gain new connections with clients. Outside of massage, she loves exploring Nova Scotia, especially in Cape Breton, where her roots, heart and family are!

Dr. Boudreau, ND, RN, BScN is Medically trained & Naturally focused with diverse experience as first a Registered Nurse in Nova Scotia and now as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. In addition, Dr. Boudreau, ND, holds licensing with IV Therapy, Acupuncture, Manipulation and Naturopathic Injection Therapies. Dr. Joline, ND focused in Sports Medicine and Pain Management at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic while completing her Degree of Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto.

Dr. Joline, ND creates an individualized treatment plan after an extensive intake which includes, but is not limited to, your health history, your surgical history, a review of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, a review of your bloodwork results and specific physical examinations. Jessica Innis, R.Ac., is a certified Registered Acupuncturist in Nova Scotia and earned her diploma in Acupuncture from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since 2017, she has been a member in good standing with both the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC) and the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada – Nova Scotia Chapter (CMACC). In 2016, she also received her certification in Eastern Reflexology from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, Jessica became an Elemental Breath Coach Facilitator in 2025 and holds a Business Administration certificate from Nova Scotia Community College, Kingstec Campus.

Raised in the Annapolis Valley, Jessica has always had a strong appreciation for nature, travel, and the arts. Kate Powell is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from The Canadian Collage of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours. Throughout her educational experience, she invested her time in clinics such as neurology, nervous system regulation support, tension headaches and chronic pain management. In addition to her massage therapy diploma, Kate has also completed a 200hr yoga and meditation teacher training, 50hr yin yoga training and her level one reiki training. Kate’s treatment approach aims to be trauma informed and relaxing while achieving deep releases. Kate utilizes her deep knowledge of anatomy when providing clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients throughout their therapeutic experience, from in-clinic treatment to home care guidance. Since graduating from WCCMT Victoria in 2018, RMT Nichola has cultivated an inclusive, compassionate, and collaborative practice with a special focus on offering care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. While living and practicing on Vancouver Island she returned to WCCMT from 2021-2025 as a clinic supervisor and TA, supporting hundreds of future RMTs along their path to this wonderful career.
