Naturopathic medicine treats the body as a whole. The approach a Naturopath takes to your health is holistic, all-encompassing and nurturing. NDs work on finding the root cause of an issue, rather than treating symptoms with quick fixes.
Instead of using pharmaceuticals or surgery, Naturopathic Doctors use diet, lifestyle, medicine, vitamins, vitamin injection therapy, minerals, herbs, physical therapy and acupuncture to address your health concerns.
They aim to address the root cause of a condition by taking a very thorough health history, reviewing blood work and customized treatment plans.

Matrix Repatterning is a form of manual (hands-on) therapy similar to osteopathy. Extremely effective for pain, concussions, impact injuries and structural imbalances. Billed as Therapeutic Massage when provided by Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioners, Mia Lockhart and Genie Bright. Treatment is applied to the deeper, denser parts of the body, such as the skeletal framework (bone) and the dense fibrous tissues (fascia) associated with the internal core structures. Areas of injury and strain may be precisely located based on an alteration in the mechanical and electrical properties within these tissues. Treatment involves the application of gentle pressure in order to release tissue tension, which can facilitate the restoration of muscle tone, flexibility, joint mobility and optimal biomechanical function. Treatment is completed fully clothed and works deeply on the autonomic nervous system. More info at: www.matrixrepatterning.com
